Yes! Headwaters is a wonderful community hospital, and I am very familiar with their Obstetrics unit. I support families birthing with both OBGYNs and the Midwives of Headwater Hills at HHCC, helping you utilize the LDRP rooms to create a birth environment that feels personal and peaceful.

I work as a complementary partner to your midwifery team. While your midwives focus on the medical safety of you and your baby, I focus on your continuous emotional and physical comfort. Whether you are at home or at Headwaters, we work as a unified team to support your birth choices.

Absolutely. I travel throughout Caledon, including Bolton, Palgrave, and Caledon East, for in-home newborn and maternity sessions. Using a professional Fujifilm system, I capture "film-style" digital images that focus on the raw connection and soft details of your new life together.

In a home birth setting in Orangeville or Caledon, your midwives are your primary medical providers. I attend strictly as your doula to provide non-medical support such as hip squeezes, position suggestions, and emotional grounding. I also provide the birth pool and handle the logistics of its setup so your birth space remains a sanctuary.

While the nurses and doctors at Headwaters provide excellent medical care, they are often managing several patients at once. I help you navigate the LDRP suites, suggest optimal laboring positions to help baby descend, and ensure your partner feels confident in their supporting role, making the entire hospital experience feel more intimate and personalized.

I offer overnight postpartum care where I come into your home to handle newborn soothing, diaper changes, and feeding support (whether you are breastfeeding or bottle-feeding).
